And unlike other EMRs, the only thing you need to do to get a complete chart is enter a progress note (which can be entered dictation, keyboard, pen-based system, or voice recognition).

Practice Partner Patient Records automatically populates all the aspects of the chart with the relevant information contained in the progress note-regardless of whether you enter your progress notes by dictation, keyboard, pen-based system, or voice recognition.
